Mid 19th century. Single storey, 4-bay, rectangular-plan cottage. Whinstone and sandstone rubble with pink sandstone margins and dressings. Projecting bracketed eaves.
MAIN ELEVATION: 2 windows at centre, flanking 2-leaf boarded doors in outer bays.
GABLE ELEVATIONS: window at centre.
Timber diamond-pane windows windows. Graded grey slate piended roof, lead flashings. Sandstone corniced octagonal stacks, octagonal cans.
