Mid 19th century, refurbished. Single storey, 4-bay, rectangular-plan pair of cottages. Whinstone and sandstone rubble, pink sandstone margins and dressings. Advanced bracketed eaves.
MAIN ELEVATION: 2 windows symmetrically disposed at centre; 2-leaf boarded doors to outer bays.
GABLE ELEVATIONS: windows at centre.
Timber diamond-pane casement windows. Graded grey slate roof, lead flashings; paired sandstone octagonal ridge stacks, octagonal cans.
