Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house forming part of terrace. White harling with painted lintels to ground floor openings. Battered base course; 1st floor windows breaking eaves in piend-roofed dormerheads.
NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway offset to right of centre; panelled door with glazed upper panels; small single window off-set to left of centre. Small single windows in outer bays.
4-pane glazing to sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; brick mutual stack to NW.
Part of a terrace known in the 19th century as Tink(l)ers Row, thought to refer to the original inhabitants. Each cottage would almost certainly have been thatched, but all have now been raised in height and slated.
