Mid 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical house. White harling with painted stone surrounds to openings. Raised window surrounds and cills; 1st floor windows breaking eaves in gabled dormerheads.
NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorway at centre; boarded door. Single windows in flanking bays.
4-pane glazing in sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; brick mutual stacks; 19th century hoppers.
Part of a terrace known in the 19th century as Tink(l)ers Row, thought to refer to the original inhabitants. Each cottage would almost certainly have been thatched, but all have now been raised in height and slated.
