Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey, 3-bay farmhouse with near full-height
rear wing (?earlier house). Stugged ashlar wide coursers.
S ELEVATION: central panelled door and decorative fanlight in
painted and pilastered doorpiece; unmargined windows with
painted cills; sashes, plate glass at ground, 4-pane glazing
at 1st floor. End stacks on ramped bases; piended roof,
covered with graded slates. 2-bay flanks. Rear wing is
rubble-built with 2-bay W elevation, modern brick addition
fills E re-entrant angle.
