Description

Circa 1806. Single storey, rectangular-plan hearse house. Rubble sandstone, droved ashlar W gable and dressings, grey slate roof. Pedimentally-treated ashlar coped skews wiht coped block finials.

W GABLE: margined depressed-arch carriage arch with 2 doors, margined angles, arrow slit ventilator at attic.

E GABLE: arrow slit ventilator at attic with sculpted lintel stone representing crossed bones.

The hearse house forms part of the N wall of the churchyard.
