Description

Thomas M Cappon, circa 1900. Single-storey, L-plan. Arts and Crafts style cottage.

Brick and harl, slate roof. Lying-pane sash and case windows throughout.

Pyramidal, and smaller piended roof with deep eaves.

E ELEVATION: 3-bay; integral verandah at left, small pyramidal bay at centre with small bipartite window, door at re-entrant, larger piended bay with tripartite at right.

S ELEVATION: bipartite at left, larger tripartite at centre; cat-slide roof to integral verandah at right.

W ELEVATION: bipartite, single window and door with transom; N elevation blank.

Statement of Interest

Presumed to have been designed by Thomas Cappon as part of the Kingennie House scheme, circa 1900.
