Description

Circa 1840. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay flatted dwelling with stone dormers and in irregular terrace to W. Chlorite-slate rubble with large squared rubble quoins and slab lintels.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled timber door with 3-part letterbox fanlight to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor, steeply-pitched dormer windows breaking eaves over outer bays.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: stone forestair to modern timber door with canopy at 1st floor centre.

E ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window to right at 1st floor.

Lying 12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Small grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans. Overhanging eaves with plain bargeboarding.

TERRACE AND RAILINGS: rubble terrace wall with inset hooped railings to S.
