Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with ground floor shop to Kirk Port. Painted harl. Cornice; painted strip quoins. Painted margins to openings.

N (KIRK PORT) ELEVATION: 3-bay. Central entrance to ground floor shop with consoled cornice; 2-leaf timber door. 3 single windows at 1st floor (blind window to right); single window to left (non-aligned) to 2nd floor.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: forestair to central entrance at 1st floor; timber door; letterbox fanlight. Flanking windows at 1st and 2nd floors (window to right at 2nd floor non-aligned).

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; gablehead stacks; circular cans.

INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
