Dated 1832. 2-storey, 3-bay house in irregular terrace to NW and rectangular-plan cottage (to rear) with oversized pilastered and corniced doorpiece. Modern bull-faced stucco finish and harl to No 15; squared rubble with raised ashlar margins to No 13A.
NO 15:
SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Castellated version of pilaster doorpiece to centre at ground with modern door, windows in flanking bays and larger windows to 1st floor.
SE ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window to left at 1st floor and tiny circular opening off-centre right.
NW ELEVATION: mirrors the above but with single storey building adjoining.
NE (REAR) ELEVATION: variety of elements to asymmetrically-fenestrated elevation including jettied lean-to bay at 1st floor centre.
Out-of-character PVCu glazing. Grey slates. Coped brick and harl stacks; ashlar-coped stepped skews with block skewputts; cast-iron downpipe with decorative rainwater hopper.
NO 13A:
SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: bay to right of centre with steps and flanking ironwork railings leading to panelled timber door, window in bay to right and 2 further windows to left.
Plate glass glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar and brick stacks with cans; deeply overhanging eaves to gable ends.
No 15 centred on George Street axis as terminal feature.
