Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, piend-roofed house on corner site and closing irregular terrace to NE. Stugged ashlar with quoin strips and architraved surrounds.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Panelled timber door with plate glass fanlight to centre at ground, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration to 1st floor; canted dormer window to right.

SW (BROWN STREET) ELEVATION: bays grouped to left of centre. Deep-set panelled timber door with letterbox fanlight in bay to left at ground, tiny window to outer left and window to right, 2 further windows to centre and left at 1st floor.

NW ELEVATION: blank gabled elevation with low flat-roofed projection at ground.

4-, 12-pane and plate glass glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped and shouldered brick stacks with cans.
