Description

18th century reworked mid 19th century. Low 2-storey with attic, 3-bay house with shop at ground, in irregular terrace. Painted harl at ground with painted ashlar over, stone margins, 1st floor cill and eaves lintel courses.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: large centre display window and adjacent modern door with fanlight to right, panelled recessed door to outer left in shouldered opening with bipartite fanlight; 3 regular windows at 1st floor; piend-roofed dormer window at centre, rooflight to left.

Fixed plate glass glazing at ground, modern plate glass glazing in pivot-opening windows elsewhere. Steep pitched pantiled roof with slate eaves easing course. Ashlar coped skews with ropework design scrolled skewputts, stone ridge, thackstanes and shared, coped ashlar stack with cans.
