Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay dwelling with shop at ground, altered. Painted cement render at ground with stone-cleaned ashlar above; base, 1st floor cill and eaves courses, moulded cornice and parapet broken by gabled dormerheads; painted margins at ground, architraved windows at 1st floor.

S (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Large centre display window under retractable canopy, double door with quadripartite fanlight to right and further door to flatted accommodation above with 6-pane fanlight to left; 3 windows at 1st floor, 2 dormerheads breaking eaves to attic.

Fixed plate glass glazing at ground, modern windows with small-pane glazing effect elsewhere. Grey slates, ashlar coped stack and skews with flat skewputts.
