Description

Circa 1860. 2-storey 3-bay villa, ashlar front, rubble-built sides and rear. S ELEVATION: ground floor canted side bays with parapets. Other windows architraved and aproned single lights. Sill course. Angle piers, band course and main cornice.

W ELEVATION: porch set back at left with architraved door, cornice and parapet. Band course and cornice. E elevation and rear plain.

Piended slate roof. Stacks unfortunately removed.

Windows 4-pane sash and case.

Boundary walls, low ashlar to front, high rubble-built to Law Street and Panmure Terrace.
