Description

Later 18th century. Diminutive 2-storey 3-bay house of neat proportion, rubble-built with painted margins.

S ELEVATION: 3-bay with relieving arch to central cavetto-splayed door. Blocked ground floor door and single 1st floor windows in W gable. Shouldered end stacks, rebuilt in 19th century brick. Piended slate roof. 1-storey 1-bay W wing adjoins 11-plan out-houses rubble-built with slate roofs.

Sash and case windows, 9-pane at ground floor, 12-pane at 1st floor.
