Circa 1850, 2-storey and basement, 3-bay squared rubble
villa.
N elevation: infilled basement, central Italianate porch
with round arched openings and heavily consoled overhanging
eaves. Mock-pantile lead roof. Windows in architraves with
label-stops, bipartite and corniced at ground, single light
at 1st. Main cornice and blocking course. Quoined angles.
S elevation: 3-storey, with centre single and side
tripartite windows, right bay advanced with canted window
at ground and 1st. Left hand 1st floor tripartite corniced.
Main cornice and blocking course, cast-iron brattishing
over advanced bay. 2 gabletted 2-light dormers.
Rubble-built side elevations, E with stack, with later fire
escape and stack demolished.
Gabled platformed slate roof with small off-centre stack
and small light-well cupola.
Sash and case windows, 12-pane to Roseangle, some original
lying panes to S.
Cast and wrought-iron railings to Roseangle.
Terraced garden walls, and sea wall.
