Description

Circa 1830-40. 2-storey and basement, 3-bay villa,
rubble-built sides and rear, squared rubble front.
N elevation: later central porch with round-headed windows
and doors, angle pilasters and entablature with wreath motif.
Windows in margins, 12-pane sash and case, 3 altered.
S elevation: 3-storey, central consoled doorpiece, blind
and tall strair windows above. Windows sash and case,
varying glazing patterns.
Piended slate roof, gable end stacks.
Cast-iron railings to front, rubble-built sea wall, with
blocked openings, at rear.
