Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay, T-plan villa. Ashlar front and rubble masonry sides and rear, long and short dressings, slate roof. Cement on windows and door margined angles, canted full-height window at left, band course at 1st floor level, eaves course, skew gables, coped stacks.
