Description

Early 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. Rubble masonry with pinnings, cement and ashlar dressings, slate roof, harled stack, uPVC gutter.

S ELEVATION: Central margined door with narrow transom-light, 12-pane sash and case window with painted dressings at left, 4-pane at right. Central rooflight, skew gable at left with skewputt and coped gable stack.

Forms a pair with 17 King Street, together representing relatively unspoiled fishertown cottages.
