Later 18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay, rectangular, symmetrical, gabled, terraced, town house. Red sandstone rubble with chamfered painted ashlar margins to openings. Short quoins, eaves course.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: regular fenestration; later timber, panelled door to centre, letterbox fanlight; window to right slightly off centre.
NW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen 2001.
NE (SIDE) ELEVATION: obscured to gablehead by abutting building; small blocked opening to left of gablehead.
SW (SIDE) ELEVATION: obscured by abutting building.
12-pane, timber-framed, sash and case windows. Grey slates, lead flashing. Cast-iron rainwater goods. Coped skews and gable stacks
INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
A good, well-preserved 18th century town house subdivided internally into 3 flats.
