Description

Early 19th century with later additions and alterations. Single storey, 3-bay classical, symmetrical house with extension to rear. Finely droved ashlar, polished dressings; harled side elevations, harled extension to rear. Base course, mutuled cornice, blocking course; architrave.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: segmental-arched doorway in slightly advanced bay at centre, panelled door, flanked by wooden doorpiece, over-spanned by segmental fanlight above. Windows to flanking bays.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: L-shaped, 2-storey extension.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Modern slate, piended roof. Rendered and coped wallhead stacks to side elevations.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: modern concrete block wall to front with coping.
