Circa 1870-75. 2-storey 3-bay rectangular-plan villa with rear wing and modern extension; cream sandstone, ashlar front, squared and snecked rubble to rear and sides, rear wing with bull-faced dressings; base course; moulded string course above ground floor; eaves cornice; channelled quoins; chamfered reveals; bracketted cills.
SE (FRONT) ELEVATION_: central entrance porch with Ionic columns and pilasters, dentilled cornice and balustraded parapet, shouldered architraved door surround, carved and panelled door with recangular plate glass fanlight, tiled vestivule; single window at 1st floor above; full-height canted window with half-pyramidal roof in bay to left; full-height rectangular projection with tripartite windows to ground and 1st floor and hald-piended roof in bay to right; large 2-storey modern extension to left.
NW (REAR) ELEVATION: 2-storey L-plan wing with piended roof and 2 single storey lean-to extensions and unevenly arrange single windows.
NE ELEVATION: at ground floor single windows to right and centre bay; at 1st floor single windows to right and right of centre; shouldered and cornice wallhead stack to left; rear wing with single windows to ground and 1st floor, secondary door and coped wallhead stack.
SW ELEVATION: 2-storey modern extension to right and centre bays; single windows in bay to outer left; rear wing with single windows and coped wallhead stack. Timber sash and case windows, plate glass glazing to front, 4-pane windows to rear and sides; Scotch slate piend and platform roof, lead flashings; 3 wallhead stacks (see above), 1 shouldered wallhead stack to NW of main block; moulded eaves gutter.
INTERIOR: not seen 1992.
High rubble boundary wall with semi-circular coping to rear and sides, low rubble wall to front, square gatepiers with stop-chamfered arrises.
