Description

Earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangular-plan cottage. Large, stugged and squared sandstone, polished ashlar raised cills.

E ELEVATION: door at centre, step and platt; flanking windows, that to left larger, directly under eaves, boarded lower part. Blocked opening (former basement) at street level to outer left. Canted, piend-roofed dormers symmetrically disposed.

Plate glass sash and case windows; 12-pane sash and case windows at dormers. Grey slate roof, steep pitch, shouldered and coped ridge stack to outer right.
