Description

Early 19th century, now subdivided. 2-storey, 3-bay rectangular-plan, classical house. Squared sandstone and rendered dressings; rubble blank side elevation and rear. Base course, cill course to 1st floor, dentilled cornice and blocking course.

SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 3 bays grouped to centre; modern panelled door to centre, plate glass rectangular fanlight and window at 1st floor above. Windows to each floor of flanking bays.

NW (REAR) ELEVATION: brick and harled external staircase to door at 1st floor and external closet.

12-pane and plate glass timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; rendered and gablehead and mutual stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALL: rendered with coping.
