Early 19th century with later alterations and additions. Single storey with basement, 3-bay classical house. Droved ashlar, polished dressings; rubble side elevations. Band course between basement and ground; cornice, blocking course; moulded architrave.
NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 4 steps with original plain cast-iron handrails to deep-set panelled door at centre, plate glass rectangular fanlight above; windows in flanking bays. Windows at basement.
SW (REAR) ELEVATION: not seen, 1994. Extension, bay to left.
Plate glass timber sash and case windows to ground; 4-pane timber sash and case windows to basement. Piended slate roof; extended rendered wallhead stack to NW; rendered wallhead stack to SE.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1994.
BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble with coping to front.
B Group with Nos 3-11 (Odd Nos) Rosefield Place. The windows would originally have all been 4-pane timber sash and case. The extension was not built in 1856.
