Description

Possibly early 19th century, with later alterations. 2-storey, 4-bay classical house, subdivided at floor levels. Finely droved, polished dressings, harled side elevation, rubble to rear. Base course, band course, cill course to 1st floor.

NW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: modern glazed door to bay 3, blinded fanlight above, consoled and corniced doorpiece, window at 1st floor above. Panelled door to bay 1, 6-pane rectangular fanlight above; window at 1st floor above.

SE (REAR) ELEVATION: rendered single-storey extension to outer right.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; harled and coped end stacks; droved ashlar with coping mutual stack to bay 1.

INTERIORS: not seen, 1994.

BOUNDARY WALLS: brick with harking to side of property.
