Description

Style of J Dick Peddie. Built circa 1923. Piend-roofed
2-storey villa, symmetrical 3-bay front with pedimented
central entrance bay, canted and balustraded ground floor
windows. Painted, with contrasting stone dressings and
quoins, small-paned sashes, slate roof (2 modern rooflights
at front), paired stacks.
