Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, symmetrical 3-bay classical house. Cream sandstone ashlar. Cornice; blocking course. Decorative cast-iron window guards to first floor windows; architraves to ground floor windows.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorway; panelled door with geometric small-paned fanlight; pilastered and corniced doorpiece; single window at 1st floor above and in bays to outer left and right. Steps up to recessed wing (No 36) adjoining to N; panelled door; small-pane border-glazed fanlight; 2 small lying-pane windows above.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate pitched roof; corniced and coped wallhead stacks; moulded octagonal cans.

INTERIORS: not seen 1995.

Low saddle back boundary wall to street.
