Description

Dated 1839, built as Buccleuch Parish School. Jacobean
2-storey with gabled dormerheads, ashlar gable front to
North Meadow Walk with 5-light rectangular bay crested
with strapwork, octagonal belfry feature on had corbel
at apex; 5-window rubble-built W flank with lying panes,
doorpiece with cresting between 3rd and 4th windows, slated
roof.
