Description

E J Macrae 1938, built in conformity with the Georgian
architecture of St Patrick Square. 4-storey with ground floor
shops 5-window to St Patrick Street, 3-window to St Patrick
Square, 2-window quadrant corner. Channelled ground floor,
droved ashlar above, 2nd floor cill course, cornice and
blocking course. Slated roof.
