Description

Circa 1860. 2-storey, 2-bay villa adjoined by later overshadowing tenement block. Squared and snecked sandstone with coursed ashlar to S elevation. Base course; raised door and window surrounds.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: consoled cornice above doorway; panelled door; plate glass fanlight. Single window at 1st floor above. Single windows in remaining bay.

12-pane sash and case windows (wider at ground floor). Grey slate piended roof; corniced stack adjoining neighbouring tenement.

INTERIOR: not seen 1990.

Low saddleback wall to street. Short run of fleur-de-lys headed cast-iron railings to left of gateway.
