Later 19th century. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Coursed stugged
ashlar; polished ashlar dressings. 2 modern shop fronts
and narrow flat-arched entrance to pend. 2 canted
oriels and centre mullion and transom window to 1st
floor. 3 pedimented and pilastered bipartites breaking
through main corniced linked by arcaded parapet and
flanked by urns. Rose and thistle finials; slate roof.
Paved pend giving access to 3-storey gabled rear
wing. Roman Doric engaged columned doorpiece; 2 oblong rear
stair windows with Art Nouveau stained glass.
