Circa 1820. 4-storey and basement corner building, 5 bays to Cochrane Street, canted angle and 3 bays at South Frederick Street. Painted ashlar. Door at angle in columned and pilastered doorpiece. Some alterations at ground floor openings. Windows above to each bay in
architraves and sash and case. Cornice over 2nd floor. Eaves cornice and blocking course to Cochrane Street, pedimented gable South Frederick Street. Slate roof.
