Description

Circa 1800. 4-storey, 3-bay tenement. Ashlar, rendered
at ground, painted above, all in fire-proof
construction. 2 segmental arches at ground with impost
course and band course above. Later alterations at main
cornice and parapet. Small, regular window to each bay
of 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor, with centre window at 3rd
floor blocked. Pend through left archway, square-headed
door set in right. Sash and case windows.
