W F MacGibbon, 1892. 2-storey 3-bay villa, L-plan front,
porch in re-entrant angle carried up as octagonal turret
with fish-scale slated domed roof; full-height canted
window in left bay also individually-roofed; stugged and
snecked ashlar, polished dressings, broad-eaved and
piended slate roofs with red ridging tiles; end stacks;
moulded doorway, strap-worked pediment over; most
windows mullioned and transomed, plate glass glazing.
