Description

Dated 1863. Tall tenement with individual treatment, Scots renaissance detailing 3-storey symmetrical front to street (basement in slope to rear), 5 bays, the inner gabled and with door and window at ground, tall stair windows above; stugged and snecked ashlar, polished dressings, sash windows with 4-pane glazing pattern, stepped gables, slate roof. 4-bay west elevation, full-height outer canted windows, pair inner wall-head stacks. Porch on S flank.
