Description

Later 19th century. 3-storey 3-bay coursed bull-faced honey-coloured squared and snecked sandstone L-plan office and house turning corner with recessed rounded corner as engaged column corbelled to square at 1st floor; tabbed ashlar dressings; stop-chamfered arrises; long and short quoins. Single windows to all bays. NW (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: at centre, roll-moulded corniced door surround with modern door and letterbox fanlight. Base course. Stone-cleaned. NE ELEVATION: 3-storey 3-bay; bays to centre and right under gable; centre bay with step to panelled door and surround as above; gablehead stack. Gable on return to left.

4-pane timber sash and case windows. Ashlar coped and faced stack and skews; skewputts; grey slates. Cast-iron downpipes and rainwater heads.
