Circa 1700. Single storey, 3-bay cottage. Cream sandstone rubble, ahslar dressings. Raised painted margins.

E (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 3 symmetrical bays; door to centre with panelled door, window to right and left enlarged from original form.

12-pane sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, piended to N Side.
