c 1830s, 2 storey and attic, 3 bay, harled with ashlar cills and corniced architrave to centre door, straight skews, slated roof, rectangular end-stacks with cavetto cornices, 2 partly recessed segmental headed dormers at attic, original 12 pane double-sash glazing.
