c.1840s. 2 storey, 3 bay, harled with rendered margins and quoins, ground floor: 3 bay modern shop to left, original window to right, entrance now at side of house. 3 windows 1st floor, piended slated roof, rectangular harled end-stacks with cavetto cornice at left, right-hand stack rebuilt, poor single-storey harled modern addition to west.
