Description

Mid 19th century 3-storey and attic, 3-bay terraced tenement. Weathered ashlar street frontage with random rubble rear elevation. Modern shopfronts at ground floor with cornice over, and at eaves. Windows with stop-chamfered architraves and aprons at 1st floor, cills at 2nd floor. Modern addition to ground floor at rear.

4-pane timber sash and case windows, grey slate roof with modern slate-hung box dormers to front and rear pitches.

This tenement contributes to the townscape, enclosing the N side of Argyll Square.
