Later 18th century with later additions. 2-storey and attic
over basement, 3-bay symmetrically fronted T-plan house with
single storey offices. Harled with painted ashlar margins and
rusticated long and short quoins. Band course over basement,
lugged architrave to door. 2-pane sash windows, those at
ground lugged margins. Cill band to 1st floor. Eaves band and
cornice. Slate roof with straight skews and rolled skewputts.
Corniced ashlar end stacks. 2 piended dormers. 2-storey
rear wing and single storey flat-roofed range at right
angles, probably early 19th century. 12- and 8-pane sash
windows. Piended slate roof with wallhead ashlar stack.
Front windows have painted mock astragals.
Flat roofed range originally had pitched roof.
