Description

Early 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay classical tenement with shop at ground and with pend, ashlar, rubble with margins to rear, bandcourse projecting cills, eaves band. Framing pilasters above ground.

S (BROAD STREET) ELEVATION: 4 bays at ground, tall segmental-arched pend at right with shop door with round-arched fanlight flanked by 2 arched carriage windows to left. Regular fenestration above.

N ELEVATION: stone-mullioned bipartites to centre at ground, 1st and 2nd floors, segmental arched carriage pend to left, windows above at 1st and 2nd, windows to right at ground, 1st and 2nd

Timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing, ground floor windows have arched heads. Grey slates with stack to W and E gable with 4 cans in each.
