3-window gabled front, 2 ground floor canted bay (left hand
bay is addition) and centre round arched consoled doorpiece. Single-storey wing adjoining 2-window and centre gabled porch
with bargeboarding. Slated roofs.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
