Description

Early Victorian with late Victorian alterations and
additions, 2-storey main section, 3-window, 2 ground floor
canted bays and centre Jacobean pilastered doorpiece, unusual
central pair of chimneys linked by octagon pierced
balustrade. Advanced addition to right, 2-storey and attic
3-window ground floor altered, piended bipartite dormer.
Modillioned eaves cornice, piended slated roofs.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
