Mid 19th century. Victorian 2-storey semi-detached
symmetrical stugged ashlar, 2 canted bays through both
floors, 4-window between tripartite ground floor windows:
pilastered and splayed doorpieces with scrolled panels above.
Slated roof.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
