Description

Mid Victorian 2-storey, detached rubble-built villa 3-window
(left hand 3-light, others single) 2 gabletted dormer heads
with decorative brageboards, larger over the tripartite
centre doorpiece with cornice and blocking course, arched at
centre, openings stop-chamfered with a simple moulding,
relieving arches above. Slated roof with bracketted eaves.

Statement of Interest

Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is

an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with

remarkably few later additions.
