Mid/Later Victorian. Rogue Gothic. Symmetrical 2-storey and
dormerless attic coursed rubble semi-detached. Central
advanced twin-gabled section 2 Jacobethan bracketted
doorpieces and 2 depressed arch windows above between 1st
floor oriels, ground floor pointed bipartites with
trapezoidal hoodmoulds, small windows in gables at attic
level, stop-chamfered openings; Slated roofs.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later additions.
