Circa 1860. Originally single-storey, since raised to 2.
2-storey coursed rubble. 2-window (1 bipartite) ground floor
canted bay to left, chamfered openings, dormer-heads with
decorative barge-boarding. Wide eaves, slated roof.
Unfortunate recent extension on N gable.
Former Lodge house.
Part of Kings Park Conservation Area group. The area is
an outstanding early to late Victorian villa development with
remarkably few later instrusions
