Earlier 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay symmetrical classical townhouse. Painted render. Base course; flanking pilasters to windows at ground linked across elevation with corniced frieze; architraved 1st floor windows with small brackets to cills.
SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central columned and pedimented doorpiece; 6 panel timber door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned at 1st floor. Single windows to flanking bays; modern replacement window to left at ground bipartite. Canted dormers at attic to outer left and right.
Modern windows at ground to left; timber sash and case windows at ground to right and to 1st floor; modern rooflight. Graded grey slate roof. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
A good example of earlier 19th century building, opposite Dunbae House (see separate list description), especially noticeable for its flanking pilasters at ground floor.
